I grew up and graduated from the small town of Blooming Prairie. I furthered my education by earning a BA degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State, and a MA degree in Education Leadership from Southwest State.
I landed my first teaching job in Medford after subbing in the Medford District. I began my teaching career in Medford in 2000, and have taught sixth grade and currently fourth grade.
I am married to my husband, Zach, and we have three daughters Elizabeth, Madelyn, and Meadow. Our newest addition is our Basset Hound, Franklin. We enjoy camping, boating, playing games, shopping, and we also have a Gladiolus flower business, "Three Glad Girls" that keeps us super busy in late summer.
I am looking forward to another great school year!
