I am originally from Morris, MN, which is located in west central Minnesota. I graduated from Morris Area High School in 1996. I was a three sport athlete participating in football, wrestling, and track. I have a younger brother and sister that are twins, they are three years younger than me. During my college years I attended St. Cloud State University. I was on the track team for four years, specializing in the pole vault. I graduated in the spring of 2001, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education. I also met my wife there and we got married in the summer of 2001. She is the reading specialist here in Medford. We currently have two children, Joby (20), and Aubrianna (17). I recently finished my Masters Degree from Southwest State University in Education Leadership. I started here in Medford the fall of 2001 and have taught college now calculus, college now pre-calculus, algebra I, algebra II, geometry, and junior high math.
