Students diagnosis with seizures and/or epilepsy should have a seizure action plan on file with the health office at the beginning of every school year. If a student requires a emergency medication, a medication form must be filled out annually and returned along with the unexpired medication.
We have one school facility, which opened in 2003 and houses both Medford Elementary and Medford High School. The mission of Medford Public School is to provide quality education and prepare our children and community for the future.
